Online banks and credit cards
All Finnish online banks and most popular global credit cards can be used for payment in our online store.
Advance bank transfer
After placing your order, you will receive all necessary information for payment to your email address. The order confirmation will show the total amount to be paid, reference number, and our account number. When the payment has been received in our account, the order will be processed. The bank transfer may take from 1 to 2 banking days.
Cash on delivery
We will not deliver our products by the terms of cash on delivery.
The product will be delivered to you as soon as possible, within 1-5 business days from the arrival of your order. In so far as your order is delayed, please call +358 16 671 333 or contact our customer service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In urgent matters, in case of special occasions etc., we will try to speed up the delivery, according to the clients wishes.
Our products will be delivered both in Finland and other countries. In Finland, we will send the products to your home as a letter or to the nearest postal service as a maxi letter. All deliveries to other countries will be sent as a registered letter. In so far as you would like to order products as a gift, we can deliver them directly to the receiver.
An ordinary letter delivery is €5.00 per order and a maxi letter is €10.00 per order. Small items will be delivered to your home as a letter.
Registered deliveries in the EU are €14.00.
We will deliver our products all over the world. If the receiver of the order lives in a member country of the European Union, choose an EU delivery. The items will be delivered as a registered letter.
Delivery outside the EU
Registered deliveries outside the EU are €17.00.
We will deliver our products all over the world. If the receiver of the order lives in another country, besides the countries of the European Union, choose a delivery outside the EU. The items will be delivered as a registered letter.
All our prices include value added tax (24%).
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without further notice.
According to the consumer’s law, you have the right to return unused products in unopened packages within 14 days from reception. Before returning the products, please contact us by email: email@example.com or by phone: +358 16 671333.
The returned items shall be sent in their original packages to the following address: Inarin Hopea, Inarintie 61, FI-99870 Inari
In order for us to return the paid amount for the product/products to you, please include your contact information and account number with the package. We shall not redeem returned items on the terms of cash on delivery.
In so far as the package has been damaged in the mail, inform the postal office immediately about the fault, before opening the package. Make sure that you receive a copy of the notification. Inform us about the damage, preferably by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to offer our clients high quality products, we manufacture most of the products in small quantities and by hand. Therefore every piece of jewellery has its handmade imprint and is a unique item with personal looks which cannot be considered as a defect. However, if you find some lack in the quality of the product, please contact us, either by email or by phone.
If you want to replace a product with another, we will return you the price of the returned product. However, you will need to place an order for the new product. The postage and packing expenses will be charged for the new product, as well. If some of the ordered products are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you about it by email before the delivery.
